The board of directors of
Unikoyal, Inc. declared a quar-
terly dividend of 12-1/2 cents a
share on the company’s common
stock payable March 24 to
stockholders of record February
26.
The directors also declared
two dividends of $2 each on the
company’s preferred stock, to
be paid March 24 to
stockholders of record February
26 and the other payable June
25 to stockholders of record
May 21.
In 1972 Unikoyal paid a total
dividend of 70 cents on the
common stock and a total of $8
on the preferred stock. The
current price of the com-
mon stock ranges in the area of
13-5/8 a share.
